Highly regulated yet poorly funded: Manish Sisodia on NEP 2020

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a "highly regulated yet poorly funded model". "Its basic principles are good but...does not talk about...means to implement the policy," he added. Sisodia further said that NEP 2020 promises to spend 6% of India's GDP on education but does not mention how it will be achieved.
