B'luru court restricts Cure. fit's food unit from selling movable assets

A Bengaluru court has passed an injunction order against Cure.fit's subsidiary CureFoods, restraining it from selling movable assets like kitchen equipment. The case was filed by a landlord who alleged it withheld rental payments and hadn't honored the three-year lock-in period of the lease, dated January 27. In a lease termination notice, Cure.fit said its business was affected amid lockdown.
