Main accused's husband among 62 who died after drinking toxic liquor in Punjab

At least 62 people have died allegedly after consuming spurious liquor in Punjab, following which police conducted raids and arrested at least eight people. Main accused Balwinder Kaur was arrested after her husband also died in the tragedy. Punjab DGP Dinkar Gupta said a huge quantity of illicit liquor, drums, and storage cans have been recovered from the accused.
